Join us for a hike on Monday, July 22 in Castlewood Canyon. We will take the Rim Rock Trail to Creek Trail Loop which is a 4.3 mile hike. It’s rated as a moderate trail and is viewable on Alltrails: Rim Rock Trail to Creek Trail Loop, Colorado – 2,162 Reviews, Map | AllTrails. There are shorter hikes within the park if people would like, but we can start at the Homestead Trailhead parking lot as a group. We will then follow the hike with lunch at Great Divide Brewery, 215 Wilcox St, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Plan is to meet in the trail head parking lot at 9:00 am, followed by lunch at noon. Castlewood Canyon is a Colorado State Park so a state park pass is required. If you bought a park pass as part of your vehicle registration, it will show on your registration card. You can also buy a day pass at the park.
