MARS Hikers I am putting together a hike for Friday, April 11th at 9:00 AM. We will meet at the Sandstone Ranch Open Space, west of Larkspur. There are couple of loop trail options of 3-4 miles each. It looks like this will be easy to moderate hiking. I expect the hike to take a couple of hours and then planning to have lunch at the Wide Open Saloon in Sedalia around 11:00-11:30. In case of inclement weather I will try to let everyone know the night before.

Post Hike Summary
A group of 10 MARS hikers enjoyed a nice 3.2 mile hike at Sandstone Ranch Open Space on Friday, April 11, 2025. The weather was a perfect, sunny Colorado day and the hike was an easy to moderate hike with diverse terrain, junipers, rock outcroppings and beautiful views. We finished up the hike by having a great lunch at the Wide Open Saloon in Sedalia.
