Flying J Ranch Hike

We’d like to plan a hike on Tuesday August 12th to Flying J Ranch near Conifer. We will take the Shadow Pine Loop trail, a 2.9 mile hike. It’s rated as an easy trail with lots of shade and you can take a look at it on Alltrails, Shadow Pine Loop, Colorado – 1,187 Reviews, Map | AllTrails. We will start at the Flying J Ranch Shadow Mountain access point as a group. For anyone wanting a little longer hike you can go an additional one mile past the loop; Shadow Pine Loop Trail, Colorado – 1,603 Reviews, Map | AllTrails. We will then follow the hike with lunch at Lariat Lodge, 27618 Fireweed Dr Evergreen, CO 80439. Plan is to meet in the trail head parking lot at 8:30 am, followed by lunch at ~11:30.
