The photo today is a montage of the entire fleet of Gemini Titan II’s launched during the Gemini program. On this day in 1962, NASA selected Titan II as the launch vehicle for the Mercury-Mark program, which became the Gemini program. This montage has been used earlier this year for a previous event but is worth repeating.
My current series in the MARS STAR is about the Gemini program.
