1966 – LAUNCH FAILURE: Gemini IX Lockheed Agena Target, Atlas SLV-3/Lockheed Agena D, LC14, CCAFS – control system failure in booster – resulted in a delay of Gemini IX Titan/GLV with crew until June 1966

Military and Classified Programs:

2014 – LAUNCH: GPS IIF-6, ULA Delta 4M+(4,2), LC17B, CCAFS

2021 – LAUNCH: USSF-7, ULA Atlas V 501, LC41, CCSFS
