The photo today is the fourth and last Commercial Titan launch, the launch of Mars Observer. There are no other photos available of the commercial Titan launches that meet the stringent criteria that I use for photos in this group (public domain, government agency, proper attributions).
On this day in 1990, CT-2 launched and payload separation was not achieved. It’s a long story (and a completely preventable cause) and it has been discussed here previously.
