Human Spaceflight:

1975 – MM X-24B flight 53, Dryden Lake – Pilot John Manke

1992 – LAUNCH: STS-50 (Columbia), LC39A, KSC – 7 person crew, Microgravity Laboratory.  Crew: Richard Richards, Ken Bowersox, Bonnie Dunbar, Ellen Baker, Carl Meade, Lawrence DiLucas, Eugene Trinh.

Military and Classified Programs:

1959 – LAUNCH FAILURE: Lockheed Discoverer 4, Thor/Lockheed Agena A, SLC1W, VAFB – Stage 2 underperformance – MILESTONE: 65 years ago

1965 – LAUNCH: Classified mission, GD Atlas SLV-3/Lockheed Agena D, SLC4E, VAFB

1970 – LAUNCH: Classified mission, MM Titan 23B, SLC4W, VAFB

1984- LAUNCH: Classified mission, MM Titan 34D, SLC4E, VAFB

Exploration and Interplanetary Programs:

NONE

Earth-Monitoring and Civil Weather Satellite programs:

NONE

Commercial Programs:

1997 – LAUNCH: LM Intelsat 802, Ariane 44P, ELA2, Kourou, French Guiana

Test, ICBM, FBM programs:

1965 – Remaining GD Atlas E/F and MM Titan I operational squadrons deactivated, various AFB locations

2001 – LAUNCH (3): LM Trident D5, SSBN743, ETR
