MARS is offering a vision
care benefit plan through VSP (Vision Service Plan) for all of its
members and their dependents. The plan comprises two options - Standard
and Premium - whose details are found below.

To enroll in the new program, either plan, you must fill out an application online.
The online application is available via VSP SmartLink . Once you access the application,
if you have problems with that procedure, call 844-641-6718.

MARS is offering a vision care benefit plan through EyeMed for all of its Delta Dental members and their dependents, AT NO EXTRA COST. The benefits are detailed at the EyeMed Website.
