The first image today is a typical Atlas E/F Star launch vehicle, similar to the one used in 1986 to launch NOAA 10 (see credit below). The second image is from the historical archives at NOAA (public domain) and is an artist’s conception of an advanced TIROS-N satellite similar to the NOAA-10 (G) launched in 1986.
Typical Atlas E/F Star From: Krebs, Gunter D. “Atlas-E/-F Star-37S ISS”. Gunter’s Space Page. Retrieved August 22, 2024, from https://space.skyrocket.de/doc_lau_det/atlas-ef_iss. htm
Apologies for the poor images: A long search of multiple databases failed to find a photo of the actual launch of NOAA-10. I was also unable to find a public domain-released photo of the USA-257 launch in 2014.
