On this day (May 26) in 2021, LM announced a partnership with General Motors to develop the next generation of human lunar rovers.
On April 3, 2024, the Lunar Dawn contract was awarded to the partnership team of Lunar Outpost, Lockheed Martin, General Motors, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and MDA Space (this will be listed as a new event for the 2025 update).
