2011 – LAUNCH: STS-135 (Atlantis), LC39A, KSC – 4 person crew, ISS – Last shuttle flight

Military and Classified Programs:

1968 – LAUNCH: Classified mission, MM Titan IIID, SLC4E, VAFB

Exploration and Interplanetary Programs:

2003 – LAUNCH: Opportunity Mars Rover (MER-1), Delta 7925H, LC17B, CCAFS – LM Aeroshell

Earth-Monitoring and Civil Weather Satellite programs:

NONE

Commercial Programs:

1994 – LAUNCH: MM (GE) Yuri 3N (also Panamasat2), Ariane 44L, ELA2, Kourou, French Guiana

Test, ICBM, FBM programs:

1964 – LAUNCH (3): Lockheed Polaris A2, SSBN620, ETR

The photos today are from the STS-135 mission, which was the last space shuttle mission in 2011.  The photos include the launch, the crew, a poster that was made by NASA for the launch, and a view of Atlantis approaching ISS.
